SHIPPING & HANDLING
Customers must provide a valid physical address for delivery.
All firearms are shipped for the exact charge for the weight via UPS Ground.
The purchase of a firearm from us requires it to be shipped to a type 1 FFL holder. It is your responsibility to have that dealer contact us to make arrangements to have the firearm shipped to them. Your dealer may charge you a fee to do this service for you. When your funds clear and the dealer of your choice has fulfilled the necessary requirements (typically they just need to send us a copy of their FFL) we will then ship the gun to your dealer. You're in-state dealer then have you fill out the BATF Form 4473 and run your background check or other necessary actions to keep within Federal, State, and/or Local laws or ordinances.
All non-firearm orders are shipped via UPS Ground for the exact charge for the weight that is calculated by the web page. Non-firearm items can be shipped via USPS. However, Eagle Eye Shooters Supply will not be held responsible for lost items that are shipped via USPS due to their limited tracking abilities.
DAMAGES
Claims of shortages or damaged shipments must be made with the carrier immediately for proper claim handling. Our responsibility ceases when delivery is made to the carrier in good order.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your Eagle Eye Shooters Supply purchase, please call 1-406-558-4950 or email sales@eagleeyebigsky.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box or Packaging, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 10% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to Eagle Eye Shooters Supply within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 10% restocking fee (totaling 25%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.Please note that Eagle Eye Shooters Supply does not permit the return of the following products:
1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
3. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.
4. Reloading Supplies and/or equipment.
NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return to Eagle Eye Shooters Supply or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.
